When you are choosing a canvas or acrylic, your image will be sent to you via email for approval (often a crop may be required and so on)

Once you have approved an image for printing it is your responsibility to check for any errors or mistakes in the picture itself as these cannot be rectified later.  No refunds will be made on your order.
